Very user friendly. I like tracking my balance. Graphics are simple and I dont have to search multiple screens to find the information Im looking for.
Ive recently discovered my love for second cup, and after buying 4 cups in the spam of 3 days (spending money at coffee is lead alone rare), it only seemed logical to get points for it too.
Plus its free app to get!
I like this app. It is one of few for coffee loyalty programs that work well. The only downside is that there isnt too much on the offers from Second Cup. Only one or two offers at a time.

My local Second Cup always has friendly, fantastic service. The staff always make me feel like getting me exactly what I need that day is their priority. And no one has better loyalty rewards. Other coffee shops are closer but Second Cup is worth the effort.
User-friendly. The point system actually gets you useful rewards. Use it pretty much every day.
Some bad moments
Second cup has a lovely reward program that does give its customers a lot with the program. But when something goes wrong Second Cup is no where to be found or you get a very lame automated response with no solution to the problem. Be wary.
This app is great, but without it integrating with the rest of my loyalty card its out of sight, out of mind so I dont think to use it and since Starbucks does show up in my wallet app I see it often and that leads me to think about Starbucks and then go there rather than second cup.
I keep adding auto-reload to my card, which works a few times, but then it mysteriously turns itself off. annoying as heck and customer support is incredibly unhelpful.
UPDATE: customer support has closed my ticket without resolving my issue. TERRIBLE
Still waiting for Apple Wallet access. It is annoying to have to open the app open the card to pay.
My favourite Second Cup has closed from a tenant/head office dispute. The thing was, I had accumulated 11 free drinks with my Rewards card. Since the head office leaves the cost of these free beverages up to the individual owners, I feel simply horrible redeeming them!!!!!
There is alway an issue with this app, great concept, horrible execution. Make me want to go to starbucks! At least their app works!
