Good app, great outlet, but it would be more user-friendly if card were available in the wallet. If Timmys can manage that, why cant Second Cup? Just sayin

My favourite Second Cup has closed from a tenant/head office dispute. The thing was, I had accumulated 11 free drinks with my Rewards card. Since the head office leaves the cost of these free beverages up to the individual owners, I feel simply horrible redeeming them!!!!!

App is great. Never had a problem. Offers and redemptions are always good & constantly coming. Much better than the Starbucks app!

Love the app! Its easy to use and havent had any issues! I like that I can scan it for points and pay with another form of payment.

Good customer service. Love the app. Love the history of the founder! Most people of all, love the products.

My work fills up the "card" every so often for me. Allows for great perk.

This is a great app. Easy to use and helpful. Love how quick the points add up.

Dont get me wrong, when the app works its by far my favorite coffee store app. I think its much more pleasing to look at than lets say Starbucks. But there have been a handful of times now where the app has a problem with reloading my card, otherwise, a great app.

This app is fantastic! So easy to use, and has great graphics. I wont need to visit any other coffee shops now, and Second Cup is the whole package starting today!

Not only does second cup actually taste like coffee, unlike watered down Starsucks, the point system is amazing and I love that I can use this app even with no wifi to scan for my points if I lose my card! Worked great for my iPhone 6s Plus and my Samsung Galaxy s5.

Its easy to keep track of points and Ive redeemed two free drinks thus far.

This app does everything it advertises to do; and it does it flawlessly. Make it better by giving your clientele the option to add the card to Apple Wallet Fishing for the app and then clicking everywhere to get a simple bar code it is the only drawback. (-;

There is alway an issue with this app, great concept, horrible execution. Make me want to go to starbucks! At least their app works!

Easy to use!

Easiest everyday app I have! I load it up with money, and dont carry a wallet for a quick coffee trip! Re-loads are done almost instantly, and keeping track of my rewards are easy peasy!
